“If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there”*
A vision to “Effectively deliver software of the highest value to our customers”
To make us think “how can my org effectively deliver software of highest value?”
So what is real economic value?
Isn’t it the code that goes into production our primary asset?
And what leads to developer attention
And then comes all the pipeline efficacy
And optimise the pipeline system to minimize human time consumed by operations and upkeep
Use sunlight as the best disinfectant
Let the drumbeats roll my friend
As TPM gets our org quickly from “hope” to “fact”
Through lean mindset adding to economic advantage
Through agile mindset for practices leading to superior performance
Through reducing waste, increasing our velocity, and reducing wait states
Through producing the fastest path from idea to delivered customer value
Through shepherding precious resources advantageously, not squandering investment
Through kaizen approaches for continuous improvement
Through the rapo we build with our machines, instruments & tpm toolkits
Through continuously question value, an obligation of everyone
Through methods that treat people as professionals & structure for communication
Focus shall we TPMs with a roadmap as our friend
Let our teams do as little as needed and deliver as quickly as possible to produce highest value
And When folks work really well together, we call them a “great team”
As we manifest the hidden potential within teams
There is nothing like 99% done
Teams just commit “Do. Or do not. There is no try.”**
“May the force be with you!”**

Great perspective!
